From the provocative premiere keynote address by Rex Murphy, to the closing keynote by Diana Oreck of the prestigious Ritz-Carlton, this year’s Summit program included something for everyone.
The dynamic program addressed the key issues and topics affecting the success of our tourism industry. The theme of “Quality” was reinforced throughout the summit sessions as we strived to encourage best business practices and elevate the Nova Scotia tourism experience. The Summit culminated on Tuesday evening with 600 guests at the Crystal Tourism Awards of Excellence, where we honoured those who exemplify the best!
